John Stevens was the oldest of eight children born and raised in rural western Kansas. The initial years of his medical career were spent in the critical care and surgical units of academic hospitals where he gained extensive experience in cardiovascular intensive care and trauma. He was called from the Army Reserves in 1990 and served as a trauma nurse in Operation Desert Storm. The years following active duty were invested in business design, development, growth, and management.

He is a highly respected medical practitioner and provides training to medical professionals on behalf of many of the largest companies in lasers, injectable fillers, and anti-aging therapies.

John believes strongly in nursing and making full use of nurses to improve healthcare in the United States. He has established professional relationships with local universities to provide research, preceptor and training sites for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
