Former President of North Texas Nurse Practitioner 2015, Chief Nurse Officer of PediaQ, Sub-investigator with Southwest Infectious Disease Research Center and founder of deNovo Inc., Dr. John Stevens opened the doors of one of the first exclusive Medical Spas in the Dallas metroplex area back on October 24, 1997.  With more than 18 years of experience performing aesthetic services, Dr. Stevens specializes in dermal fillers, neurotoxins; skin resurfacing, skin tightening and laser body contouring. Additional services performed under his care include laser gynecological treatments, male and female hormone balancing and replacement, erectile dysfunction and weight management as well as general primary, urgent and preventive care.

John Stevens was the oldest of eight children born and raised in rural western Kansas. The initial years of his medical career were spent in the critical care and surgical units of academic hospitals where he gained extensive experience in cardiovascular intensive care and trauma. He was called from the Army Reserves in 1990 and served as a trauma nurse in Operation Desert Storm. The years following active duty were invested in business design, development, growth, and management.

John has held nearly every position in nursing from staff nurse to Director of Nursing in a variety of specialty settings from critical care to hospice.  In the early 90’s, John started and managed Caritas Home Health Care and worked closely with Medicare to provide in-home services to seniors and those with end-stage cardiac disease, cancer, and HIV.  In 1997, John founded deNovo, Inc. and later deNovo Medical Group and has utilized his extensive management experience to make the practice one of the most recognized anti-aging facilities in the state. He is a highly respected medical practitioner and provides training to medical professionals on behalf of many of the largest companies in lasers, injectable fillers, and anti-aging therapies.

John believes strongly in nursing and making full use of nurses to improve healthcare in the United States. He has established professional relationships with local universities to provide research, preceptor and training sites for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.

Celia Dolinta, DNP, MSN, WHCNP- BC

Dr. Celia Dolinta is a practicing Nurse Practitioner at deNovo Health Incorporation. She comes with a broad and diversified background as a women's health provider and an expert in skin care science. She provides you with high level of care in women's health, sexual health, bio-hormone replacement therapy, and medical aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Dolinta completed her BSN at Lorma College School of Nursing (Philippines) in 1987, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Certification at University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) at Dallas in 2001, Masters in Science (Nursing) at University of Phoenix in 2009, and her Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) at Texas Women's University (TWU), Dallas in 2014.

In addition to managing a Women's Health Clinic in Dallas County, she is also an adjunct faculty of the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Program at TWU, Dallas. She published two articles in Advanced for NPs & PAs: Menopause Symptoms in a Transsexual Man (2015); One Woman's Quest for the 'Normal' Vulva (2016). Her capstone study from her DNP Program was entitled "Tdap Vaccination Acceptance Among Pregnant Hispanic Women: English versus Spanish Speakers."

Further, Celia is a member of several professional organizations including the Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, Golden Key International Honor Society, and the North Texas Nurse Practitioner Organization.

Stephanie Beidler Teotia, MD is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is primarily concerned with individualizing patient care and providing exceptional service and outcomes. Dr. Teotia's extensive training makes her comfortable performing a variety of cosmetic procedures. Dr. Teotia completed medical school at The University of Chicago where she was named the Outstanding Surgery Student of her graduating class. She then trained in surgery for a decade at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Beyond her plastic surgery training, Dr. Teotia subspecialized in pediatric craniofacial surgery and completed a National Institute of Health research fellowship. Dr. Teotia has won numerous awards and has published many scientific articles. Dr. Teotia is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina and Clinical Instructor at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, Permian Basin Campus. Prior to medical school, Dr. Teotia taught middle school science through the Teach for America program.

Roger E. Adams, PhD became interested in health and nutrition at an early age. In December of 2004 he completed his life-long goal of obtaining a Ph.D. in Nutrition. Dr. Adams is a Certified Sports Nutritionist by the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) and has an instructor’s certification in personal fitness training from the American Council of Exercise (ACE). While pursuing his PhD at TWU, Dr. Adams worked full time as a personal fitness trainer and nutrition counselor and also he served as a nutritional supplement expert for Internet Health Group.

Mr. Brent Gordon specializes on micro-invasive pigmentation. This procedure allows introducing the exact color of surrounding melaocytes (skin coloration) into the hypopigmented scar (white scar). The coloration blending is done in layers to give the exact look of the surrounding skin color as there are multiple micro colors within the skin. micro-invasive pigmentation can be used to successfully eliminate virtually any hypopigmented scar.
